About

I work 8-5 M-F right now and it has cut into life - but I am continuing to find time for my painting, journaling, hiking, photography, walking the dog, watching movies, getting together with family and friends and now STOPPING SMOKING!!! My quit date is September 19 - naturally I listen to Travis every night. My youngest son goes to college at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, he is studying to be a choral director and my oldest son is going to Marine Biology school at University of Oregon. They are both wonderful young men and I am always looking forward to seeing them and hearing from them. I am going to get more interested in gardening, as one of my smoking diversions. So - if you are into gardening maybe you can help me figure out things like - when to put mulch in the flower beds and how to make things grow like crazy!! My husband is a hard working guy - commutes, has his own business - we are close and happily married - he exercises a lot and plays guitar and travels with his work. He studies Scientology. That's cool with me - but I am not going down that path for myself. Greetings to you - I am open to starting a conversation about anything. . . traveling? cooking? pets? (I have a miniature schnauzer named Lucha) art, books, music, inspiration, devotion, dreams - please feel free to introduce yourself! 8-)

Hi Just letting you know that if you need any help navigating through this site, setting up your profile or figuring out the message system here I am here to help you with that. There are several new groups in the groups section and I'd like to invite you at this time to check them out, join and /or create your own group if you don't see one suited to your needs.

Again, Welcome and enjoy Million Minds Project, where we are all here to help one another.

Hey glad to see you here. When you log on check out the groups section of the site and add you thoughts in the coachings. You will be surprised at all that can be gained from this project.

I do not see a place to add my thought in the "coachings". . . I want to be surprised by all that can be gained from this project.

LOL I love your spunk! Ok when you go into groups, you will see Travis's picture on the right side of the screen. Click on him and you will see the newest coaching. Click on the title of the coaching and scrole down till you see comment box. Click inside box and type. On some of the coachings there is more than one page to go through before you will find the comment box. Have a blast. Looking forward to seeing you there.
