I spent ten years in the United States Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, California from 1983 to 1992. I was a Security Force Cadre Instructor as well as a Combat Veteran. I got involved with the Million Minds Project at the inception as a way to help Military Veterans as well as Active Duty Military deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as Chronic Pain that they may have from Military Operations and Combat. I met Travis when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton and became close friends with him. I have followed Travis and his career as it evolved and was very excited when he approached me with the idea of the Million Minds Project. I believe in Travis and feel that this project is what people in this society really need and the ability to help so many people is the most gratifying experience I can ever ask for or be a part of. I look forward to helping reach the world one mind at a time and sharing my experiences with others.
