I have the Travis Fox Weight Loss tape that I picked up when he was at the Puyallup Fair several years ago. I belong to www.sparkpeople.com, I listen to his tape almost nightly. I am on a lifetime journey of becoming healthy. I have a weight loss goal. I am working on changing mindset, which is how I got the name Mindset4life. I strongly believe, that to lose weight is more than just taking pounds off the body. It is about changing your mindset. It is so easy to put it back on once it comes off. It usually comes with a package of more pounds too. It really can creep up on you too. This time, it is about changing my complete mindset to become healthier, wiser, and maintenance. I believe you have to be in the right mind set and have to have a real vision, and visual of yourself. My photo is me at goal weight. It is the visual I have in my head and working on having that visual in my mind 24/7.

It's nice to see faces on the MM that I see somewhere else. It makes us just a little more connected.

Like Sheryl said Travis is going to do a workshop at the state fair. It would be wonderful if you, Sheryl, and Michelle could come. We could all get together.

I have a picture like yours taped to my linen closet in the bathroom and see it every morning.

Hey Nadine.... Welcome to MMP... Look around... Debbie and Michele are also on here. Travis has not been as active the last couple of weeks. I heard he was having a Personal Weight Workshop after the fair again this year... I am thinking of atending. Sheryl
