Hey glad to see you here. When you log on check out the groups section of the site and add you thoughts in the coachings. You will be surprised at all that can be gained from this project.

Let me be the first to welcome you to MMP: In this community you can come here every day and learn, grow, and expand your mind through the teachings of Dr. Travis Fox and his Methadology. You also have in this community a support group that you can use every day. Through this community you will come across such things as FMC, FMC/ASST Head Coaches, Instructors. You also can be a part of the Founding Members Club all you have to do is e-mail Travis and talk to him. We are here to help you so that you can become the Ideal you.
Now that you are here if you will paste a picture and a profile so that we can get to know you better and you us.
If you will also draw you attention to the top of this page ^ You will see a tab that says Groups. Click on that tab and click on Travis's picture and join the free weekly coaching with Travis Fox. Look around the community and if you have any questions we are here for you.
