About

My name is Shelly. I'm 22 years old and am a type 1 diabetic. I am currently on an insulin pump and life has never been better. I have always viewed myself as mature for my age and very open-minded. I would love to hear from people in this community, i find that starting a website like this for people to join and explore is a brilliant idea and i commend Travis Fox and his staff for their wonderful work and skills!!!!!

Hi Just letting you know that if you need any help navigating through this site, setting up your profile or figuring out the message system here I am here to help you with that. There are several new groups in the groups section and I'd like to invite you at this time to check them out, join and /or create your own group if you don't see one suited to your needs.

Again, Welcome and enjoy Million Minds Project, where we are all here to help one another.

Hi, my name is Jeff Brennan and I am part of the Founding Members Club of the Million Minds Project. I want to personally welcome you to MMP and also tell you a little bit about myself. I am a Combat Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and have been in the VA program as a Disabled Vet for many years. I have both Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as Chronic Pain in which I have dealt with since 1991. I have known Travis (Dr. Fox) for over 20 years now and have believed in him since the day we met. Throughout our friendship we discovered a way to help our veterans live more normal lives by teaching them how to control their PTSD and Chronic Pain through a process of relaxation and self mind control. Within the next few weeks we will be launching a pilot program to help with both the Veterans as well as a support group for their Significant others, Family and Friends. We welcome all of you to participate and look forward to working with you or someone you know. Help Us Reach Out To Our Veterans One Mind At A Time!

Peace in Mind,

Jeff Brennan-FMC

Shelly: Glad that you could make it. Now that you have your picture up place a profile up so that we can get to know you. When you have that done you can go to the groups section and click on Travis's Picture and you are in. Join the Group and give us your feedback. It will take all of us for this to fly.

Hey it's good to see you here. I think there is a lot to be gained from eachother, so when you have a chance check out the coachings in the groups section of this site. You will be amazed at what you can learn about the mind and what can be achieved.
