Hey Chris,

I am glad to see you in the group, and yes we are alomost ready to launch the program for PTSD etc.. and I am excited to say that we are almost done with the script for the CD and then we will set up our first group meeting at one of the local VFW Halls. I would really appreciate it if you would take the time and tell us your experiences with PTSD and some of the symptoms you are having and add that to the comments section of the Military Veterans Support Group in the groups section. I am adding discussions frequently as a start to the program and would love for you to add your opinions to the group. I will then be setting up some individual time to work with you and show you some of the ways that we have created to deal with the emotional stresses etc.. that many are going through. I thought I had sent a request to Aimee but I went back and looked and I must have used the wrong side of my brain that day, Sorry! I will do it right now and keep up on it in the future. Thanks for the catch.

Hey glad to see you here. When you log on check out the groups section of the site and add you thoughts in the coachings. You will be surprised at all that can be gained from this project.

Welcome to MMP. In this community you can come here daily to grow, learn, and share what we have learned from Travis Fox and his methadolgy.
Lets get you plugged into the community. Place a profile and a picture of yourself on this page so that we can get to know you better.
Now when you have that done look around the Groups tab at the top of this page and then go to Travis's picture and click on it. You are there you are in the groups section and every week there is a coaching. As of right now there is six weeks of coaching. Look around and enjoy the site.
