About

I never know what to say on these things...i'm really into art, whether it be drawing, painting, writing, cooking (yes i consider cooking an art form), etc. I've led an interesting life, some good some not so good. I'm at a point where there are things that i'm ready to change and i guess thats why im here. I met Travis and the others last night at the fair in Puyallup. One of my friends pulled me in to see the show, and I loved it. But it was what he had to say at the end of the show that really started to catch my attention. About how we have the power within us to change the things we don't like. There are a few issues such as smoking and self esteem that I have wanted to change but never really thought i could or even took the initiative to really try. I've had psoriasis since the age of 9, and at times i've felt like an outcast and that i was different or that people looked at me differently(even if that was not always the case), and i guess at times that my own negative self image has kept me from being the person that i want to be and that others around me have seen inside me. I guess thats why i'm here. Travis reached my mind, and my heart. I'm ready to take the steps necessary to change my life and the world, and at the same time to be part of something bigger than me. A community thats working together for a common cause....

Hi Just letting you know that if you need any help navigating through this site, setting up your profile or figuring out the message system here I am here to help you with that. There are several new groups in the groups section and I'd like to invite you at this time to check them out, join and or create your own group if you don't see one suited to your needs.

Again, Welcome and enjoy Million Minds Project, where we are all here to help one another.

Steven: In reading your about me section I would like to say congrats. I know that at times it can seem like a big step to change, but change comes from within. All that you spoke of you are now in a place that will alow you the ability to change that wich you want to.
Now if you will go to the Groups Tab click on Travis's Picture and join the weekly coaching. There is six weeks there that you can get started on. Welcome and I will see you around.
