About

Fasten your seatbelt, and keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times! (I encourage fun with safety, after all!) And feast your eyes upon my cleverly crafted tale of ME! Cheers! I consider myself extremely intelligent (my IQ scores can back me up on that! hehe). Having said that, I am the least pretentious girl you'll meet. Be warned though, I hold myself to a high standard and tend to expect as much from people around me. And by high standards, I mean: Above all, honesty, a strong sense of integrity and compassion. In general, those pesky things referred to as personal values that used to be both expected and taken for granted, and now are sadly hard to find. I love outdoorsy stuff and don't mind getting dirty, camping, fishing, and campfires. On the flip side, I am very interested in culture and the arts. I love to sing. All the time. I'm the kind of girl that drives with the stereo cranked up and singing along.--------------- I love ALL music, sci-fi, fantasy, techie stuff, video games, have a voracious appetite for books of all kinds, and I hate shopping (guess I am missing that particular female gene!). I crave adventure and fresh air and being spontaneous. I never did like coloring in the lines. I'm more about creating my own picture and making it up as I go and so what if my sky is green and trees are pink? There is no reality, only perception! I am a free spirit, a live and let live (liberal) democrat, I'm anti-religion, I believe in spirituality and that each person finds their own path to exploring their spirituality and my path is defined by me, not any bible or church. I'm pro-choice, and anti-war/Bush. I’m creative yet rational, impulsive yet stable, I'm a Mother first, a Nurse second, and now I'm a student again. I juggle all of my responsibilities well and am not looking for anybody to 'rescue' me. I pay my own bills, live well within my means and owe nothing to anybody. I laugh all the time because, well, there's just a lot of funny stuff in the world. Don't you think?!--------------- I have been a fan of Travis Fox's for years. Hypnomania has been coming to a local fair for 15 years now and I never miss an opportunity to see the show. Over recent years, becoming a single parent and having injuries that prevented me from being physically active, I let myself go, became depressed and put on a lot of weight. So, after his show this year, I purchased the weight management audio CD. I've only been listening to it for a week, but am feeling a difference in my attitude and my cravings and even getting out to exercize doesn't seem like quite the chore that it usually does for me. I am hopeful and excited to start seeing results. I am ready for a big change in my life and I think Travis Fox is exactly what I need to make that change a reality. I only wish I had the money and time to attend his workshop that will be in a nearby town soon. Maybe next time. In the meantime, I plan on succeeding and I know that with the help of his CD I am capable of whatever I set my mind to. --------------- THE A.B.C.'s OF ME ------------------ I AM.....
